Sangeeta Mahajan, the Managing Director of Immigration HQ has worked with international clients in various capacities for over three decades.  The idea of practicing Migration Law emerged a few years ago when one of her clients asked her why she wasn't involved in the migration industry.   The client felt that it would be of great help to him and his peers as they trusted her implicitly to work in their best interest.  It's at that point, that she decided to pursue a career in migration and live up to the high standards and ideals that her clients expected from her.  She obtained her registration as an RMA and is now continuing her Masters in Migration Law  (details below).

Sangeeta's practice is hopefully unique in its scope and purpose. Of course, she is a registered migration agent, proficient in all aspects of migration law.  But more importantly, she accepts clients only when she is confident about the likelihood of them achieving a successful visa outcome.  Her goal is to maintain a very high success rate of visa approvals, 100% if possible.  Therefore, you can be assured that if you are her client, she will ensure that she puts in every effort possible to give you the best chance of success.  The other thing is, that unlike many larger businesses, Sangeeta will not let anyone else in the business handle your case. She meticulously works on every aspect of your file herself.  While her team helps with administrative matters, you will always talk directly to Sangeeta in relation to all your migration matters.  She believes in providing a quality of service that is highly personalised,  the likes of which, she hopes you will say that you have never experienced before.
